Our free waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes, and the free waiting time for flights within the United States is 60 minutes.
By providing your flight number when booking, your driver will be able to track your arrival time and adjust your pickup time for any delays and early arrivals (where possible). If the delay is so long that the driver cannot wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.
We will send you the driver and vehicle information 24-48 hours before the trip. At the same time, our customer service will keep in touch with you until the end of the trip.
Arrival instructions vary by airport and service type. Your driver will usually call or text you, or you will receive a text with arrival instructions on a contact number. If you have booked a Meet and Greet service, your driver will usually meet you in the airport lobby with a sign.
You can pay for your ride through our website using a credit or debit card. We also accept Zelle® transfers, WeChat, and Alipay. Or you can try to apply for installment payments.

The amount of the tip depends on the type and quality of service you receive and is voluntary. We do not ask for tips!
You can book your trip months in advance or as little as 2 hours before you need it. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
If you need to arrange a pick-up service immediately, you can call customer service to confirm whether the vehicle is available.
We have a points reward. When you complete your first trip, you will get points. The accumulated points can be exchanged for discounts on future trips.

We understand that circumstances may change your travel plans. Please note that credit card processing fees will be charged on all transactions, regardless of whether the reservation is cancelled or not.
If you cancel the trip more than 24 hours after the booking date, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded (for special vehicles, the time will be based on the standard time of the pre-selected vehicle)
If the trip is cancelled within 24-48 hours of the booking date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded;
If you cancel your trip within 24 hours before the booking date, the amount paid will not be refunded;

Once approved for a refund, the refund will be submitted within 36 hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays. The refund will then be completed by the customer's financial institution. Customers should check with their financial institution for the status of their refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to reserve the correct vehicle to safely handle their baggage needs. Each service type has a maximum number of luggage allowed and failure to properly select the correct vehicle type may result in additional charges, the need for an additional vehicle, or the Company's inability to service the reservation. Passengers traveling with valuables, priceless items, and prescription medications should keep these items for the duration of the trip.
If you encounter flight delays, please contact us to change your travel time or cancel. If you fail to contact us in time, the delay information may be regarded as your abandonment of the reservation, which may result in the cancellation of the order.
