If you want to really go deep into California and experience the natural scenery of the Pacific coast of the United States, then the most recommended route is Highway 1. The highway is built along the western coastline of the Pacific Ocean, extending from Mexico to the north to northern California. Among them, the section from the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco to Los Angeles in the south is the most popular for self-driving tours. On one side is the vast blue waves of the Pacific Ocean, on the other side are steep cliffs, and it also connects countless seaside towns scattered along the coast, like a paradise, beautiful beyond words. You can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Monterey Bay and the Pacific coastline, and you can also visit multiple redwood forest parks and feel the primitive and great power of nature in the deep valleys and tall and ancient redwood forests.

Highway 1 is located in California. Its English name is State Route 1, also known as California 1 or Highway 1. It is a 659-mile/1,061-kilometer coastal scenic highway.

  • Please pay attention to coordinate your flight and travel schedule to avoid missing your flight.
  • There must be at least one adult over 18 years old, and pets and animals are not allowed on any trip.
  • The order of itinerary may be adjusted depending on the departure date.
  • Due to vehicle scheduling needs, some models require children under 8 years old to use safety seats. We provide rental services at $10/person/day.
