Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure by calling (657) 522-0777. If a reservation is cancelled or modified less than 24 hours before departure, or if the reservation is no-show, no refund will be given. This includes reservations made within 2 hours of the pickup time.

1. Refund Policy

If you cancel your trip more than 24 hours before departure, you will be refunded 100% of the paid amount (minus bank charges)
If you cancel your trip within 24-48 hours of the booking date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
If you cancel your trip within 24 hours before the booking date, the amount paid will not be refunded.

2. Refund Time

Once approved, refund requests are submitted within 36 hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays. The refund is then completed by the customer's financial institution. Customers should check with their financial institution for the status of their refund.

3. Baggage and personal belongings

It is the customer's responsibility to reserve the correct vehicle to safely handle their baggage needs. Each service type has a maximum number of luggage allowed and failure to properly select the correct vehicle type may result in additional charges, the need for an additional vehicle, or the Company's inability to service the reservation. Passengers traveling with valuables, priceless items, and prescription medications should keep these items for the duration of the trip.

4. Flight cancellations and delays caused by airlines

Failure to contact us in time and delayed information may be regarded as your abandonment of the reservation, which may result in cancellation of the order.
