Partners operate a service business consisting of their own vehicles and drivers.

Partner is an independent contractor engaged in an independent business and has a significant stake in a business partner other than Wanli and is not an employee, agent or joint venture partner of Wanli. Wanli does not have or will have workers’ compensation, unemployment, disability or other insurance for Partner or its employees and/or drivers. Therefore, Wanli may not make payroll deductions for employment taxes or insurance of any type on Partner’s behalf or deduct them from any payments to Partner. Wage deductions, employment taxes and insurance covered by this paragraph include, but are not limited to, the Federal Insurance Contributions Act (FICA) applicable in the United States and/or other applicable laws of other jurisdictions, federal, state and local income tax withholding, state disability insurance, state unemployment insurance and workers’ compensation insurance. Partner may not make any representations or promises on Wanli’s behalf and has no authority to bind Wanli.

• Why is a security deposit charged?

Wanli needs to advance and retreat together with the drivers to become a mutually beneficial partner. It also hopes to find professional drivers to bring good reputation to Wanli and retain customers. The reason for collecting a deposit is that the Wanli platform hopes to use the deposit method to ensure the quality of the drivers, cultivate more best drivers, and help both parties build a better ride-hailing platform together.

• Use of security deposit:

The deposit collected by Wanli this time will be used entirely to protect the interests of both Wanli and the drivers cooperating with it.
The deposit collected by Wanli this time is not equivalent to the monthly fee, but it may be used for other services.
The contract period for this deposit will be calculated from the signing date until the end of the cooperation relationship between Wanli and its cooperating drivers.
Each verified partner driver must pay a deposit, and each driver (each driver account) will only be charged once.

• Amount

Each verified partner driver must pay the following amount as a deposit. Each driver (each driver account) will only be charged once.
The deposit will be refunded after each verified partner driver (each driver account) completes 10 trips. If the partnership is terminated before 10 trips are completed, a verification account handling fee of $30 USD will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.
